The WA-47JR is a fully discrete transformer-less FET version of the vacuum tube WA-47. It is a large diaphragm multi-pattern condenser microphone switchable between omnidirectional, cardioid and figure of eight. It features a 10 dB attenuation pad an a 70 Hz low-cut filter. The capsule is an Australian custom made reproduction of the vintage K47. The WA-47JR uses high quality Toshiba Field Effect Transistors, Wima film capacitors and Panasonic electrolytic capacitors. It is ideal for vocals, acoustic guitars, electric guitar amplifiers, acoustic and electric bass, drums, piano, strings, brass and woodwinds. Includes elastic suspension mount, hard mount, threaded adapters and zippered storage pouch.
