What data do we collect?

ODRATEK collects the following types of Personal Data including, but not limited to:

  • Individual Data. This includes personal data which relates to your identity, such as your name, username or similar identifier and your contact details
  • Account and Profile Data. This includes personal data that relates to your account or profile on our website or app, such as your username and password, email, feedback, and survey responses. Some of this information may be listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services do not require registration.
  • Advertising Data. This includes personal data which relates to your advertising preferences, such as, if applicable, information about your preferences in receiving marketing materials from us, your communication preferences, and your personal interests
  • Information Technology Data. This includes personal data which relates to your use of our websites, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, traffic data, weblogs, and other communication data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, referring domain, pages visited, search terms, browser plugin types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data.
  • Links. We may keep track of how you interact with links by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
  • Sales Data. This includes personal data which relates to the transactions you have conducted with us, such as details about payments from you including bank account, details of subscriptions to our services or publications and other details of products and services you have purchased from us
  • Market Research Data. This includes personal data which is gathered for the purposes of market research and surveys
  • Metadata. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when, and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users can add or may have Metadata added to their user content, including tags, location, work, education, and other Metadata. This makes your user content more searchable by others and more interactive.

We may also create personal data about you, for example, if you contact us by telephone with a query about our services or goods, then we may make a written record of key details of the conversation so that we can take steps to address the query.

We also obtain and use certain aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose (Aggregated Data). Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Information Technology Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature on our website. How do we collect your data?

You directly provide ODRATEK with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Service Providers

ODRATEK may make certain personal information available to certain trusted third parties that help us provide products and services. Personal information will only be shared by ODRATEK as required to provide the Services, improve our products, and to complete User’s purchases; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Third-party companies and Suppliers are obligated to protect Users’ information and may be located wherever ODRATEK operates. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request.

How do we store your data?

ODRATEK takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard a User’s personal information against loss, theft, and misuse. Our measures are aimed at having the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services, and restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident. When a User visits some portions of a Site owned or operated by ODRATEK, personal information provided by that User may be visible to other Users. Users assume responsibility for the information they voluntarily provide under such circumstances. 

To make certain a User’s personal information is secure, ODRATEK instructs all employees on privacy requirements and directs them to strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. 

ODRATEK will retain a User’s personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.

ODRATEK does not knowingly collect personal information from people under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the practices employed by any Sites or services linked to or from Neumz.com, B.io, or Micpedia.com, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Site or Service to another Site or Service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party Sites or Services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party Site or Service, including those that have a link on our Site, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your content. If you are using a third-party Site or Service and you allow them to access your content, you do so at your own risk.

Marketing

ODRATEK would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop ODRATEK from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please write to info@odratek.com. Please do also note that where you unsubscribe or opt-out from marketing communication, we need to keep a record of your email address to ensure we do not send you marketing emails in the future.

What are your data protection rights?

ODRATEK would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every User is entitled to the following:

  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that ODRATEK correct any information you believe is inaccurate.   • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that ODRATEK restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to ODRATEK’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that ODRATEK transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions. This right only applies where our processing of your personal data is automated and the processing took place initially with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you

ODRATEK will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy. ODRATEK wants to maintain and improve existing business relationships by handling and analyzing complaints in a proper manner, and through that to improve the quality of our services. ODRATEK handles complaints with the greatest possible care and confidentiality. You do not owe any fee to ODRATEK for the handling of a complaint.

Should you wish to report a complaint or feel that ODRATEK has not addressed your concern in a satisfactory manner, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
