The WT500X Waterproof eXtreme is an evolution of the VT500WATER and VT500WA Water Adventure models. Thanks to special production techniques it is possible to seal the microphones to the point when it can even endure submersion without taking damage. It is ideal for theatre performances, musicals or broadcast productions, water comes in play. The WT500X Waterproof eXtreme provides excellent protection against water, is IPX-8 certified (1 m under water for 24 hours) and has a sensitivity of maximum -79 dB (VT500 and VT500WATER have a sensitivity of -59 dB). The VT500X eXtreme also features a reinforced cable to resist sweat, cuts and tearing. The microphone is the ideal solution for the toughest outdoor shoots and stage applications.
