The 101C is a cardioid microphone with two elements, one dynamic pressure and one velocity ribbon and a specially designed transformer network to combine the two. It is ideal for both recording and public address applications. The 101C features a three position switch to select individual use of ribbon or dynamic element. Compared to the other Turner 101 models the 101C has an extended high-frequency response and is available in low impedance versions only.
