The CM402 is a side-addressed large diaphragm FET condenser microphone with an edge-terminated dual diaphragm capsule. The capsule and the electronics are suspended inside a mesh cage instead of a traditional head-basket grille in order to minimise colouration from standing waves and reflections. The CM402 has nine selectable polar patterns from omnidirectional to figure of eight. It is excellent for acoustic instruments recording, ensembles and orchestras. Includes shock mount, elastic suspension mount and Pelican flight case. The CM402 is handmade to order.
