The Ela M 251F is a multi-pattern tube condenser microphone produced between 2004 and 2007. Polar pattern response is switchable between cardioid, omnidirectional and bidirectional. The F series uses a lower cost outsourced power supply, a TK-12 capsule and comes without a carrying case. It uses a JAN 6072 tube in the amplification circuit coupled to a Haufe transformer. Includes power supply, microphone cable with swivel mount and wooden microphone box.
