The ELAM 251VAC is a large diaphragm multi-pattern vacuum tube condenser microphone equipped with an original AKG CK-12 capsule, reskinned and tuned by Telefunken Elektroakustik. It is switchable between omnidirectional, cardioid and figure of eight polar patterns. The amplifier is based around a NOS Telefunken AC 701 vacuum tube and a Haufe T14/1 output transformer. Includes power supply, microphone cable, shock mount, locking flight case and wooden microphone box.
