The SM Pro Audio MC03 is a large diaphragm vacuum tube condenser microphone. The MC03 has a special circuit that provides two different sounds. A classic sound when the microphone is operated via its power supply and a smoother vintage one when phantom power is applied to the power supply. The amplifier is based around a 12AX7/ECC83 vacuum tube. It has nine selectable polar patterns from omnidirectional to figure of eight. Includes multi-pin microphone cable, shock mount and aluminium case.
