The TL47 is a subminiature omnidirectional lavalier electret condenser microphone designed for theatre, broadcast and film applications. Like other models in the TwinPlex line the patent pending dual diaphragm design doubles the surface area, resulting in improved off-axis consistency, excellent low frequency response and low self-noise. The TL47 features sweat and moisture resistant frequency caps thanks to a superhydrophobic nanoscopic coating, a paintable 1.6 mm cable that is immune to memory effect and dual redundant ground connection for secondary shielding and enhanced durability. It is available with Lemo, TA4F/MTQG, MicroDot, XLR/Preamplifier termination or unterminated bare wires.
