The KSM44A is a dual large gold-plated mylar diaphragm multi-pattern condenser microphone. It is switchable between omnidirectional, cardioid and figure of eight polar patterns. The KSM44A is ideal for vocals, acoustic and wind instruments, drums overhead, percussion, choral or orchestral ensembles, double bass, electric bass and bass drum. It features Prethos Advanced Preamplifer Technology for excellent transient response and no crossover distortion and minimal harmonic and intermodulation distortions. It also features a two position low-cut filter, 17 Hz subsonic filter, 15 dB attenuation pad and integrated three stage plosives protection grille to minimise breath and wind noise. Includes ShureLock suspension shock mount, ShureLock stand mount, carrying case and velveteen pouch.
