The Beta 98H/C is a miniature cardioid electret condenser microphone with transformer-less preamplifier circuitry. It can withstand high sound pressure levels and is ideal for brass, woodwind and percussion instruments. The preamplifier is attached to a 3 metre long high-flex cable. The microphone has a goose-neck, ratcheting swivel joint and gooseneck angle brace for optimum placement. The cardioid capsule element can be replaced with a super-cardioid one (RPM 110). Includes zippered carrying bag, windscreen, in-line preamplifier and attached XLR-3 terminated 3 metre high-flex cable.
