The MKE 440 is a compact stereo condenser shotgun microphone for cameras and camcorders applications. It is made of two internally shock mounted aligned and matched mini shotgun microphones arranged in a V shape. It is ideal for recording music, speech or ambience. The protective micro-mesh is made of stainless steel to minimise wind noise while maintaining high frequency sound details. It features a low-cut filter, attenuation pad, an all metal construction and a standard size camera shoe mount. The microphone is powered by two 1.5 V AAA batteries lasting up to 100 hours.
