The MKE 2 Digital is an omnidirectional lapel condenser microphone designed for voice audio recording on the move with mobile phones, tablets and cameras. It is also ideal for productions where it can be used for both speech and singing applications. It has a dual membrane and is resistant to environmental influence. The microphone is connected to iOS devices via an Apogee converter supporting 24 bit and 96 kHz sampling rate, terminated with a Lightning socket and a mini jack for real time headphone monitoring. The microphone includes MetaRecorder and Maestro recording and control applications. Some of MetaRecorder features can be controlled from the Apple Watch. The MKE 2 Digital can also be used with other applications. It is compatible with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad (4th generation), iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini, iPod touch (5th generation). Includes microphone clip, metal windscreen, foam windshield and carrying pouch.
