The Z5600a II is an upgraded version of the earlier Z5600a. It is a transformer-coupled vacuum tube large gold-sputtered, 1.08 diaphragm multi-pattern studio microphone switchable between omnidirectional and bidirectional in 9 graded steps through 8 fixed points. The circuit is based around a 12ax7/ECC83 tube. It features a switchable 10 dB attenuation pad and a a 50 Hz low-cut filter. Includes power supply, microphone cable, shock-mount and aluminium carrying case.
