The T2 is a large diaphragm multi-pattern condenser microphone switchable between omnidirectional, cardioid, hypercardioid and bidirectional polar patterns. It uses the same titanium diaphragm capsule as in the Titan within in a frame based on the 4400a. It is particularly aimed at percussive instrumental and speech use. The capsule has a titanium diaphragm – stiffer and lighter than most alternatives, and giving a particularly good transient response. The T2 is equipped with a switchable 10 or 20 dB attenuation pad and a low-cut filter. Includes shock-mount and aluminium carrying case.
