The V4 U is a small diaphragm vocal condenser microphone with a distinctive classic look borrowed from the 1951 CM 51/3. The capsule head can be tilted for optimal positioning. It has a flat frequency response with a gentle 2 dB high-frequency lift on axis between 4 kHz and 15 kHz and a smooth rolled-off frequency response in the diffuse field. The polar pattern is smooth with a narrowing at high frequencies provided by the 33 mm bevelled collar capsule. The V 4 can handle very high sound pressure levels. The SGV set Includes the SGV microphone stand clamp and wooden box. The USM set includes the USM-V4 elastic suspension and wooden box. The V4 U is available in Blue or Grey. Custom colours are available on request.
