The MSTC 64 U is a compact small diaphragm stereo microphone in for ORTF recordings with two cardioid MK 4 capsules spaced by 170 mm at an angle of 110°. It is ideal as a main microphone for ensembles, choirs and as a spot stereo microphone. It works on its own or with spot supporting microphones, provides very good spatial and localisation information. It is easy and quick to set up as the distance and angle between the capsules is fixed. Includes SG 20 microphone clamp and wooden case.
