The DYN M P48 is a fully balanced, active, dynamic contact microphone for mandolin. It provides the solution to sound and handling problems encountered in the amplification of acoustic instruments. It uses a patented electrodynamic transducer to provide excellent linearity with no spill and no feedback. It is suitable for use in both live sound and studio recording applications. The transducer can be safely applied to the instrument using the special adhesive putty. A 2.2 metre cable terminated with a balanced XLR connector enables direct connection to a microphone input on a mixing console, or a full range amplification system. The torsion-resistant, Kevlar-reinforced cable is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use while delivering best possible performance results. Includes a padded bag and the special adhesive putty.
