The Vmic5 is a super-cardioid on-camera shotgun condenser microphone. The super-cardioid pickup pattern focuses on the sounds in front while still offering a high level of rear rejection. It is ideal for DSLR, mirror-less, and video cameras. The Vmic5 features an output level control and a 150 Hz high-pass filter to increase dialogue intelligibility. The high-pass filter reduces low frequencies such as rumble from traffic or air conditioning while the +10 dB gain control function is designed to improve audio quality on DSLR or mirror-less cameras. A custom designed shock mount system provides isolation from vibration and mechanical noise. The headphone monitor output allows live input signal monitoring without any echo or latency. Besides, with plug-in power availability, The built-in battery has a capacity of 2000 mAh for over 150 hours of recording. This can be recharged via USB-C (DC 5V/1A). Includes foam windshield ,fur windscreen, USB-C charging cable and 3.5 mm TRS to TRS audio output cable for the camera.
