The Vmic is a broadcast quality supercardioid condenser microphone for DSLR cameras and camcorders. The Vmic features adjustable level control (-10 dB, 0 dB, +20 dB), a 150 Hz high-pass filter and a high-frequency boost(+6 dB) to increase dialogue intelligibility. The detachable 3.5 mm cable connects the Vmic to the audio input of the camera, while the stereo headphone output allows monitoring of the incoming audio. The shock mount system provides isolation from vibration and mechanical noise. The microphone is battery operated with two AA cells and features a lightweight all-metal construction. Includes foam windscreen.
