The Samson Q9U is a dynamic cardioid broadcast microphone featuring both an XLR analogue output and USB-C connection with support for sample rates up to 96 kHz and 24 bit resolution. The Q9U features an advanced hum-bucking coil to reduce the pickup of electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. An internal air-pneumatic shock mount isolates the capsule from mechanical noise while a dual-layer windscreen minimises popping and plosives. The microphone is equipped with an on-board headphone output providing zero-latency monitoring, a mute switch, low cut filter and mid presence boost. The Q9U is compatible with Mac or Windows with no drivers required. The microphone includes a USB cable.
