The Samson Meteorite is a cardioid electret condenser microphone. It is ideal for podcasting, YouTube videos, Skype calls, FaceTime, VoIP software as well as for music recording with Apps or Digital Audio Workstations. It is portable and features a stylish chrome plated body. It mounts to a magnetic base that allows the microphone to tilt and swivel for optimal positioning. The Meteorite doesn’t need any driver and is compatible with most computer based digital audio software. It supports sample rates up to 48 kHz and a resolution of 16 bit. It can also be used with mobile devices via the Apple Lightning USB camera Adapter or the OTG for Android OS.
