The K2 is a large diaphragm tube microphone designed around the HF-1 25mm capsule. This is a dual diaphragm type and the polar pattern is continuously variable remotely from the power supply. The impedance conversion uses a Class A tube circuit based around a hand-selected 6922 vacuum tube while the output buffering is bipolar. The microphone has very low noise but also quite exceptional Max SPL handling. Includes elastic suspension, dedicated power supply, mains cable, microphone cable and protective case.
