The BK-1A is a universal dynamic microphone with tapered cast metal body suitable for almost any application. It is well suited for tape recording, paging, broadcasting and telecommunications. It mounts to the desk base via a 360º adjustable ball joint but can also be used handheld or on a stand via the 5/8″ adapter. The output transformer has provision for 30, 150 or 250 Ohm impedance. A 50000 Ohm high impedance version with a 8″ cable was also available and sold under the Argonne brand name. Includes base, floor stand adapter and 30 feet , 3 conductor shielded open ended cable.
