The Plan 6 Ultra is a large diaphragm tube condenser microphone. It is switchable between cardioid, omnidirectional and bidirectional polar pattern responses. It is equipped with a handmade Australian K67 type Plan 6 capsule and a preamplifier based around an EF86 vacuum tube. The microphone features a switchable – 10 dB attenuation pad, low cut flter and S2 Mod switch for extended low-frequency response. It is ideal for both vocal and instrument pickup applications. Includes flight case, heavy duty shock-mount, pouch, 7-pin microphone cable and power supply.
