The MA-37 is a large diaphragm dual-pattern valve condenser microphone. Cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns are obtained mechanically via an adjustable tuned acoustic chamber. The circuit is based around an EF86 vacuum tube and a Lundahl transformer. The MA-37 features a selectable 100 Hz and 50 Hz, 6 dB/octave low-cut filter located on the power supply unit and a 10 dB attenuation pad. Includes power supply, microphone cable and hard carrying case.
