The UM 92.1 S is a large diaphragm transformer coupled multi pattern vacuum tube condenser microphone featuring Georg Neumann’s legendary M 7 capsule. This pressure gradient transducer uses two large diameter gold sputtered membranes made of PVC. The capsules are hand selected for their optimum polar response patterns. There are three directional characteristics, omni-directional, cardioid and figure-of-8, which are selected by the pattern switch mounted on the power supply. It uses a EF806S valve. Includes UN 920.1 power supply, EA92 suspension, C92.1 10m cable and Wooden box.
