The HM-7U is a large diaphragm dual FET, transformer-less supercardioid condenser microphone ideal for piano, upright bass, woodwinds, horns, drums and strings. The capsule is single backplate, dual diaphragm 3 micron Mylar type. It is equipped with a switchable 6 dB attenuation pad for loud sources such as kick drums and electric guitar amplifiers and a low-cut filter. Includes shock-mount, swivel mount and flight case.
