The HS3000 preamplifier is the basis for an interchangeable capsule microphone system. The small-diaphragm capsules screw on to the body. Specifications are for the HS3010 – an omni HS10 capsule. The actual preamplifier bandwidth is 100kHz and the output is electronically balanced. For 12V powering Max SPL is reduced to 129dB SPL. The bare preamplifier dimensions are 132 x 23mm and the weight is 265g.
