The 2017 is a compact and lightweight shotgun microphone with a medium diaphragm (17 mm) pre-polarised condenser capsule. It can be used in cold or humid weather and challenging situations. It is easy to postion and use in fixed positions such as on booms and camera arms. The 2017 can withstand very high sound pressure level with low self noise and extremely directional pickup pattern. Includes microphone holder, foam windscreen and soft storage case.
