The DPA 2015 is a small diaphragm wide cardioid condenser microphone designed for on-stage applications. It covers a larger area compared to the 2012 cardioid model and it is therefore ideal for large instruments or group of instruments. It features a reinforced construction thanks to a very thick brass body, excellent transient response, uniform cardioid response, neautral sound pickup and very high SPL handling. It is ideal for drum overheads, grand piano, horns, vibraphones, xylophones, large marimbas and other large intruments. Includes UA0961 microphone holder, UA0020, windscreen and S-DKF0022 zipped pouch. It is also available in stereo pairs as the the ST2012.
