The DA 87SE is a reproduction of the original vintage Neumann U87 offering a cardioid only polar pattern response. It is equipped with a DA-K87SE capsule with precision grilled brass backplates and gold-sputtered Mylar as well as a Dachman DA-VB13 output transformer. The DA 87SE uses the same style circuit as the Dachman DA 87i without the variable patterns, attenuation pad and low-cut filter. The circuit uses high quality components such as WIMA, Panasonic FC capacitors and tight tolerance resistors. Includes leatherette zipper pouch and swivel mount.
