The C 801 is a slim mini shotgun electret condenser microphone featuring a knuckle joint allowing the capsule to rotate almost 360 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically. It has a hyper-cardioid polar pattern design optimised for speech. The body is machined from brass. The C 801 is ideal for speech purposes in a wide range of pro and live sound applications including places of worship, conference and leisure centres, banks and financial trading centres. The C801 is open ended, the C801E RF is terminated with a male XLR-3 connector, the C801ES RF is fitted with a magnetic slide reed switch to allow pop/click free muting of the microphone.
