The CV-28 is a three pattern transformer coupled tube microphone with interchangeable 19 mm gold sputtered thin Mylar capsule assemblies. The CV-28 microphone body and capsule assembly are precision machined of brass. Aesthetically, it features an elegant Cabernet Wine-Red finish, accented with polished nickel trim and grill. The microphone is equipped with a 15 dB attenuation pad and 80 Hz low cut filter. The CV-28 is ideal as a primary acoustic instrument mic. Includes dedicated PS-28 power supply, 7-pin microphone cable, “Custom retro” shock mount, padded wooden box and metal road case.
