The PRO 42 is a miniature permanently polarised cardioid condenser boundary microphone with a low-profile design allowing for surface-mounting use in boardroom, house of worship, government offices and other installations places. The PRO 42 is ideal for sound reinforcement, recording and broadcasting duties. All the electronics reside inside the microphone so there is no need for external supply units. The microphone has a permanently attached 25′ (7.6 m) cable terminated with an XLRM-type connector.
