The Ni 3 NUVO is an active ribbon microphone ideal for horns, hi-hat, strings and acoustic guitars. It is phantom powered with J-Fet electronics and a german made output transformer. It features a 1.2 micron thick small ribbon element with a new motor design, low profile and slate grey finish for discreet placement. The Ni 3 Nuvo is designed for medium distance pickup applications where it ehibits a balanced proximity effect. In this regard it sits in between the N8 designed for close pickup and trhe N22 ideal for far-field applications. Includes Storage case, microphone clip and soft cloth.
