C 414 EB

Common name: AKG C 414 EB

Production Status: Discontinued / Vintage

The 414 EB replaced the original C 414, changing the original CK12 capsule from Brass to Nylon and adding a 3-position attenuation switch (0,-10,-20 dB) and 3-position bass roll-off switch offering flat, 75 and 150 Hz settings with a 12 dB/octave slope. The XLR connector is now integrated into the all-metal housing of the microphone. The EB version was intended for 12 volts of Phantom Power while the EB – P48 was for standard Phantom Power. Includes W 26 foam windscreen, SA 18/3 metal stand adapter, and protective case. The data shown refers to the P-48 version.
