The VM-17 is a variable directional ribbon microphone developed by Aiwa in collaboration with the Japan Broadcasting Corporation NHK. It is ideal for Radio and TV broadcasting applications. The microphone is monted in a “yoke” style mount with a 5/8″ 27 thread. It features a switchable lo-cut filter and 9.10 feet integrated cable.
