The Inspire is a large diaphragm multi-pattern condenser microphone switchable between cardioid, super cardioid, omnidirectional and bidirectional responses. It features a switchable electronic and transformer-balanced output stage. The custom wound toroidal transformer has a nano-crystalline VITRO-PERM core. The Inspire is equipped with a selectable -10 or -20 dB attenuation pad and a 80 Hz or 115 Hz high-pass filter. The microphone also features a peak level meter LED to indicate overloads. The output stage is switchable between transformer-balanced output stage. Includes shock-mount and pop filter. The shock-mount is tilt-able by 190º.
