The TL46 is a subminiature omnidirectional lavalier electret condenser microphone designed for theatre, broadcast and film applications where a stronger output signal (8-10dB is required). Like other models in the TwinPlex line the patent pending dual diaphragm design doubles the surface area, resulting in improved off-axis consistency, excellent low frequency response and low self-noise. The TL46 features sweat and moisture resistant frequency caps thanks to a superhydrophobic nanoscopic coating, a paintable 1.6 mm cable that is immune to memory effect and dual redundant ground connection for secondary shielding and enhanced durability. It is available with Lemo or TA4F/MTQG termination.
