The DYN-P/GP P48 is a balanced active electrodynamic contact microphones for piano. The DYN series microphones feature built-in Class-A preamps and advanced filtering technology that enables each microphone to capture the best tonal qualities of the intended instrument. It uses a patented electrodynamic transducer to provide excellent linearity with no spill and no feedback. It is suitable for use in both live sound and studio recording applications. The transducer can be safely applied to the instrument using the special adhesive putty. A balanced XLR connector enables direct connection to a microphone input on a mixing console, or a full range amplification system. The torsion-resistant, Kevlar-reinforced cable is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use while delivering best possible performance results. The set includes a padded bag and the special adhesive putty.
