The RV4 is an end-fire small-diaphragm back-electret with a flat frequency response. It is designed to provide an accurate, uncoloured reproduction of the sound source. It is suitable for a variety of sound reinforcement and recording applications. It can be powered, optionally, by an internal AA cell and has an integral power switch. It is sold singly, as a stereo pair, and also as part of the RVK7 drum kit.
