The M3 is a large diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone. The 25 mm diaphragm is 6 micron gold-sputtered and the electronics are all-FET with a transformer output. The M3 is part of the Silicon-Valve series of FET microphones with a “Valve” sound. Includes microphone box and MXL-V6-H hard mount.
