M 70
Common name: Microtech Gefell M 70 (M98)

The M 70 is a small diaphragm gold plated PCV capsule with a cardioid polar pattern first produced in 1970 and still produced today (see Microtech Gefell M295). It is part of the SMS (Studio Microphone System) 70 series. It can be used with the M 690, MV 691 and MV 692 preamplifier bodies as well as the M 582 equipped with screw mount thread. The Radio variant was called M 98.
