The L47MP is the most popular model in the L47 Gold Series. It features the Lawson reproduction of the M7 capsule used in the legendary U47 and M49 microphones. The L47MP utilises pure vacuum tube circuitry, and its polar responses include omni, cardioid, figure-of-8 and infinite intermediate patterns. The MkI version uses a 6072 tube. It can be fitted with a Quick Change capsule mount to allow interchange of other lawson heads.
