The PR 77D is a large 1″ low mass voice coil dynamic cardioid microphone designed for commercial broadcast, podcasting and home recording. The magnet uses a mixture of neodymium, iron and boron. It features a two position switch providing a flat frequency response in the “Music” position and a 120 Hz 6 dB/oct filter to minimise proximity when set to the ‘Voice” position. The PR 77D is designed to be used with booms or bases.
