The PR 22 is a dynamic cardioid microphone that uses a large diaphragm capsule with ISO BAND™ isolation mounting. Rear noise pick up is eliminated through a combination of special porting & phasing plug design. The PR 22 comes with leatherette carrying bag, a mic clip and three acoustically identical metal screens (Black, Silver, and Gold). The Gold PR 22 only comes with the matching gold grill. The PR 22 UT is a lower cost version (Utility) and is also available with an on-off switch as the PR 22 SUT.
