The RE10 is a super-cardioid dynamic microphone for professional applications. Its frequency response has little or no off-axis colouration while providing the greatest possible rejection. It features a bass-tilt switch to correct its frequency response when used on a boom or at long distances from the sound source. The passive filter cuts 6 dB from 1 kHz to 100 Hz. The transducer parts are nested together to form a solid mechanical structure that is resistant to damage from mechanical shock. The RE10 is equipped with the exclusive ElectroVoice Acoustalloy providing a smooth frequency response while being insensitive to high humidity, extreme temperatures and corrosion resistant. The steel case offers excellent shielding against magnetic interference while providing additional mechanical protection. Includes the 310 stand adapter, protective metal carrying case and an 18-foot, 2-conductor, shielded, broadcast type, rubber-jacketed cable. The RE10 is finished in fawn beige micomatte with black trim.
