The 911 Mercury is an omnidirectional general purpose crystal microphone with a die-cast housing and a distinctive satin chromium finish, a tilt-able head and an on/off switch. It features a Duralumin diaphragm treated against corrosion and a high capacity, metal sealed crystal element. It is ideal for vocal and music sound reinforcement and recording, public address, paging and ham radio applications. It was available with either a 8 ft. or 20 ft. cable.
