The SubMic is a dynamic microphone based on the classic “sub-kick” design. It is ideal for capturing very low bass frequencies, and in combination with other microphones can add low end punch to sources such as kick drums, bass and guitar amplifiers. The SubMic features a low output wattage, full range 6.5″ speaker in combination with a vented bamboo shell. It can be directly plugged into microphone preamplifiers without the need of a DI. The SubMic also features a Neutrik xlr connector on the outside , a built in mic stand mount and includes a padded vinyl bag.
